The evening

Everyone you need to meet. None of the conference.

The SAF Garden Party brings together senior executives, investors, airlines, airports, OEMs, fuel producers, technology innovators, policymakers and sustainability leaders in an informal outdoor setting — built for real conversations and new business relationships.

No programme. No badge-scanning. No queue for the microphone. A private Georgian garden square in Marylebone, a drink in hand, and a room of people who all work on the same problem.

Come for one introduction that matters. Most people leave with five.

Why you should be there

Five reasons to clear the evening

Networking works when the room is small, senior and relaxed. That's the entire design brief for this event.

01

A selective guest list

Up to 100 senior professionals, drawn from across the industry to maximise the value of every conversation. In a room this considered, two hours is enough to meet everyone you came for — and a few you didn't know you needed to.

02

Senior by design

A curated guest list spanning airlines, airports, OEMs, fuel producers, investors, technology developers and policy. Decision-makers, not delegate lists.

03

The whole value chain, in one garden

Offtake, feedstock, finance, certification and policy rarely stand in the same place at the same time. Here they're all within arm's reach — and everyone's holding a drink.

04

September restarts the conversation

Diaries reopen, budgets get real and Q4 decisions start moving. This is the first proper industry gathering of the autumn — the ideal moment to reconnect and reopen doors.

05

Bring a client. Or find one.

An informal setting is the easiest place to host someone you're courting, thank someone you're working with, and meet someone you've only ever emailed.

Who's in the garden

The people you'll be standing next to

Attendance is drawn from across the SAF, aviation and energy community — the same audience that fills SAF Congress, in a fraction of the space.

The location

Manchester Square Gardens

One of London's original Georgian garden squares, laid out in the 1770s and enclosed by railings ever since. Mature London plane trees, clipped lawns and a quiet that feels impossible for central London — with Hertford House and the Wallace Collection standing on the north side of the square.

It sits in the heart of Marylebone, a few minutes' walk from Bond Street, Marble Arch and Baker Street, and a short walk from Oxford Street. Easy to reach, easy to leave, and far more memorable than a hotel function room.
